5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Reasons include:

6. Delivery Policy
- Delivery available in selected areas of Hyderabad
- Delivery timelines are estimates
- Delays may occur due to weather, logistics, or unforeseen issues
7. Refund & Replacement Policy
Due to the nature of perishable goods:
Refunds/replacements are only allowed if:
- Wrong item delivered
- Product is spoiled/damaged at delivery
- Order not delivered
Claims must be raised:
- Within 2 hours of delivery
- With proof (photo/video)
8. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:

- Misuse the platform
- Violate laws
